15 Day Nail Challenge! Day 8: Leopard Print

Hey everyone!
Day 8 of Makeup Savvy's 15 Day Nail Challenge, and the theme I am most comfortable with; leopard print nails! I say most comfortable because it doesn't require an awful lot of precision or detail work - it's mostly splodges and wiggly lines. I couldn't get rid of bright nails entirely though, so here's how they turned out:

I used Revlon Dreamer (£6.49) as a base. This is one of my favourite polishes, and the one I wore to my mum's wedding, so it has sentimental value to me. You can see swatches of it alone here. The splodges I made with the lovely Revlon Sweet Tart (£6.49) and I outlined them with a Models Own WAH Nail Art Pen in Black (£6).

What do you think?

  5. This is such a cute combination - I love the colours you used as they are playful and unique in terms of a leopard print. Dreamer is such a pretty colour! And I really want to get a nail art pen :)

    1. Thank you! I love Dreamer - I think I'll have to purchase a couple backups in case they ever discontinue it! You should - they are a lot of fun. Although if you are good at nails a toothpick or paintbrush dipped in polish might do the same job.
