Today I'm trying out a new kind of post, and one that I hope to make more regular, if you guys enjoy it. It'll just be a collection of things I've found around the internet this week that have interested me, inspired me, made me laugh or dance or cry. Some things may be beauty related, some will not. I hope it'll provide some interesting weekend reading for you!
Click here to see Enter Pronoun, makeup artist Natalia Ramirez's brainchild and the first gender neutral makeup line. Currently the line stands a three products - a black liner, a concealer palette and a bronzer. It's a very interesting concept and the products look intriguing, although I'd be curious to see if the inclusionary vibe results in a wider shade range over time, to cater to all skintones as well as genders.
Duolingo is the invention of Prof. Luis von Ahn (the man behind Captcha and reCaptcha). It's a free language-learning website, with tests and lessons, that rates your skills and then invites you to translate online articles, using crowd-sourcing to make online content available in as many languages as possible. Currently, you can learn German, French and Spanish, and it's a lot of fun and one of the most effective free online language services I've seen. I'm using it to brush up on my knowledge of all three.
This story in the New York Times, about how an Olympic Swimmer and a young would-be-journalist changed the course of each others lives, is heartwarming and timely.

Sleep and Water is one of my favourite blogs to read; with awesome reviews and beautiful photographs. Check out the latest post; 'Variations of Rose,' to see an enviable Bourjois Blush Collection, then scroll on back to read the rest.
So, what do you think? Regular feature or one off post? Have a truly awesome weekend!

This is a really great idea and I look forward to reading all these links. Definitely something worth continuing next weekend. :)
