MUA Glamour Days Palette: Swatch & Review

Hey everyone!
When I ordered the MUA BB cream from their website, I ordered at a time that allowed me a free Glamour Days palette with my purchase. Normally, however, it's only £4.

Top L-R: Shades 1-6
Top L-R: Shades 7-12

Shades 1, 2, 3 and 4
Shades 5, 6 7 and 8
Shades 9, 10, 11 and 12

This palette has a fairly wide variety of shades. My favourites are the matte, burnt brown Shade 10, the cranberry Shade 3 and the shimmery smooth pink Shade 8. Shade 9 is too chunky glittery, and Shade 4 isn't nearly pigmented enough but mostly the shades are great.
It's probably not one I'd have picked up on my own but I'm glad I got it.
What do you think?

  2. I'm hearing more and more about this brand. Reading as many reviews as possible to try and determine whether it'll be worth the shipping to Australia. Haha. Thanks for the review~

    1. It must suck that shipping is so expensive! A couple of my Australian friends tell me makeup prices are super jacked up there anyway :( But this brand definitely has some awesome, inexpensive stuff to buy; you can search MUA in my search bar for more. My favourites are the Undressed Palette (£4) and Lipstick in Shade 1 (£1)

  3. I picked this up on holiday to London last week! I love everything about this palette. I use shad 4 as an all over colour. I try to find a use for not very pigmented shades.

    1. So glad you like it too! I used Shade 4 as a base too, I do that with my less pigmented eyeshadows just to even out my eye tone on a day when I don't want to wear shadows, or as a base for lighter colours.
